What RayCare India does

RayCare India works for the family, not for a hospital. In practice that means four things: making sense of the medical reports a family already has, identifying doctors and hospitals in India that genuinely suit the condition, helping compare what each option involves in treatment and in cost, and then coordinating the practical journey — appointments, invitation documents, travel timing, the stay, and follow-up after the patient returns home.

It is used mainly by families in the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Myanmar and the Maldives, and it routes to a single treatment hub in Delhi NCR so that every family meets the same team and the same process.

What "independent" means here

What RayCare India doesWhat it does not do
Charges one coordination fee, agreed with the family before work startsTake a referral commission from hospitals, doctors or travel providers
Considers options according to the patient's conditionWork from a sponsored list or represent a particular hospital
Explains the reasoning behind each suggestionAdd a markup to treatment costs
Leaves the final choice to the familyDiagnose, prescribe, or promise an outcome

The reason this is stated so plainly is that the medical travel field runs largely on referral commissions, and a family usually cannot tell from the outside whether a recommendation was clinical or commercial. Removing the commission removes the question.

RayCare India is not the hospital software of the same name

Searching for "RayCare" or "Ray Care" returns more than one organisation, and the results are easy to confuse.

RayCare India — this service — is a medical travel and care coordination service for international patients seeking planned treatment in India. It operates from Delhi NCR and is reached at health@raycareindia.com or on WhatsApp at +91 9625728117.

It is a separate and unrelated organisation from similarly named clinical or oncology information-system software used inside hospitals. If you are looking for hospital software, this is not it. If you are a patient or a family member looking for help arranging treatment in India, you are in the right place.

Where it operates and who it serves

The service covers eight patient corridors — the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and the wider Gulf), Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Myanmar and the Maldives — all coordinating to Delhi NCR. Treatment areas include cardiac care, orthopaedics and spine, neurosciences, nephrology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, ENT and pulmonology.

What it does not do

RayCare India is not a hospital and not an emergency service. Diagnosis, medical advice and treatment remain with qualified treating clinicians. It cannot guarantee a visa, guarantee a clinical outcome, or promise that a hospital estimate will be the final bill. Where a request falls outside what it can properly help with, it says so rather than taking it on.
